We’re a team of foodDoggy Style Korean Corndogs is a Reno-based food truck that opened in 2024. My business partner and I are longtime corn dog fans, and whenever we traveled out of town, Korean corn dogs were always something we sought out. After realizing Reno had very limited options, a simple idea turned into a business plan and, after a busy first year, a full food truck.

Our main focus is Korean-style corn dogs made fresh to order using our own batter recipe, along with a variety of coatings and customizable finishes. While the food is central to what we do, a big part of our growth has come from the relationships we build with customers, other local businesses, event organizers, and our team. Our name reflects our approach. We are not trying to be a typical food truck, and we are intentional about standing out in both branding and experience.

Our team is made up of close friends who care about the business and the quality of every event we work. We pay wages that are higher than other food trucks in our area because we believe taking care of our team directly impacts the service we provide. That approach has helped us build a reliable crew that shows up engaged and invested at every setup.

When we attend events, we aim to be involved beyond just serving food. In the past, this has included scavenger hunts, custom merchandise and giveaways, carnival-style games, and the “Weiner Olympics” at a local festival, which is documented on our Instagram. Our goal is to contribute to the overall event experience and give attendees something memorable alongside good food.

At our core, Doggy Style Korean Corndogs focuses on quality food, strong community relationships, and being an active, positive presence at the events we vend for.
